Running Workshop
Train for a local 5K with Tara, an avid runner with ACE Fitness and RRCA Running Coach Certifications. All levels are welcome. Walkers are too.
Sessions take place at the Studio 6:45-7:45pm

April 14: Choosing the Right Gear and How to Fuel
April 28: Running Technique and Injury Prevention
May 12: Group Check In
May 26: Group Check In
June 9th: What to Expect on Race Day
June 14: RACE DAY!
