POLICIES & PROCEDURES

  • Parking is available on the side of The Box Factory for the Arts or in the lot across the street.  Use the front door and go up the stairs to suite 332.

  • Studio is open 10 minutes prior to class time. If attending a 5:45am class, the instructor will notify you how to enter the building (Box Factory is locked at that time).

  • Please sign in on the notebook when you arrive. Punch card holders, please punch your card before each class.

  • Clean shoes, grip socks and bare feet are welcome on the studio floor.  Please plan to change shoes if needed.

  • All equipment needed for classes is provided by Lighthouse Fitness Studio. Clients are welcome to bring their own water, towel, and mat if they choose.

  • Lighthouse Fitness Studio reserves the right to cancel classes.  Reasons may include, but are not limited to; weather, illness, number of sign-ups (at least 2 required to run class), etc.  Clients will be notified of any changes at least 1 hr. prior to class-time.

  • Clients may cancel their reservation up to 1 hr. prior to class-time to allow others to take their spot.  If a client fails to cancel within the allotted time, the class fee is forfeited. (Members: your card on file will be charged $15 per missed class without cancellation notice)

  • Sign up is open until 1 hr. before class time (9pm the night before for the 5:45am classes).  Sign ups after that time risk class being full or canceled.

  • Group classes have a cap of 10-12 participants depending on the class (noted in class descriptions)

  • We are committed to sanitizing and cleaning between classes.  We hope you’ll join us in an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy.  Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are provided.

  • Lighthouse Fitness Studio reserves the right to remove anyone from the premises or discontinue membership for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

•   If you need to cancel your small group training session for any reason, you may call, text or email (PH: 269-405-0552, email: chelsey@lighthousefitness.studio). Please notify us as soon as possible. We understand things come up and when you let us know ahead of time, you will be able to make up the session with one of our group fitness classes.  The make up session must be used within the current month.

•   You may cancel your membership at any time after the initial 3 months by notifying us via email (chelsey@lighthousefitess.studio). Once written notification is received, you will no longer be charged any membership fees. Your membership remains active for the rest of month that is already paid. There will be no refunds for membership fees.

•   Once a membership has been active at least 3 months, that member has the option to pause membership for up to 3 months each year. When membership is on “pause” you will not be charged and you do not have access to your member benefits. Membership may be reactivated at any time by notifying us via email (chelsey@lighthousefitness.studio) and making any payments due. After 3 months, membership will resume, unless we receive notification to cancel.
