    The build your own small group (2-10 people) training option is for those who would like to focus on a particular goal, choose an available time slot, and work together with the people they choose. This option is as personalized as you can get without doing one-on-one training. please contact us below if you are interested in building your own small group.

    One-on-one training is a great option when you are beginning a new fitness journey, returning to workouts after a break, or want to focus on a very specific goal. we will work together to set realistic goals, create a personalized plan, and help you stick to it.

  • Have a blast, lose yourself in the music and get that heart pumping!  In this dance fitness class you’ll explore many genres of music and dance, scorch calories, and tone the entire body! high energy bursts followed by flowing recovery moves creates a dynamic, unique, fun workout!

  • Take a traditional approach to strength training! We’ll focus on all the major muscle groups as we challenge them with heavier weights. All levels welcome, “heavier weights” will be defined by individual strengths and weaknesses, with the point of INCREASING strength as we go. Expect less reps, short bursts of cardio, and the occasional bodyweight exercise, too.

  • High Intensity Intervals focused on CORE and CONTROL = PHIIT!  Come join us in this Pilates/HIIT mash-up for a SUPER sweaty, SUPER fun, SUPER effective class!  Equipment may include dumb bells, jump rope, mat, ball, etc.

  • A pilates mat class focused on core strength and mobility. This class is low impact and great for any fitness level! You’ll leave class feeling taller, stronger and ready for whatever the day throws at you!

  • This class takes a HIIT approach to strength training, using weight- or equipment-based exercise circuits to challenge the total body. We’ll also incorporate bursts of cardio to elevate the heart rate. Class begins with a warm up and ends with an extended stretch to cool down. All levels welcome!

  • Take time to breathe and care for your body that works hard for you! You will enjoy slow, flowing movement and static stretches to help your tired muscles recover and prepare for your next workout.
