LIFT (Tara)

Take a traditional approach to strength training! We’ll focus on all the major muscle groups as we challenge them with heavier weights. All levels welcome, “heavier weights” will be defined by individual strengths and weaknesses, with the point of INCREASING strength as we go. Expect less reps, short bursts of cardio, and the occasional bodyweight exercise, too.
