All levels are welcome. walkers are too. we’ll discuss training for and completing alex’s duck duck run in downtown st. joseph on saturday, june 14th.

Knowing which products are best for ourselves and families can feel daunting with endless amounts of options and ingredients. In this series, we’ll learn about how to choose consciously! We’ll explore four different topics throughout this series, taking a deep dive into each topic, demystifying them and learn about the best alternatives! Topics include Gluten, dairy, sweets and snacks.
